Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing leads generated from the bank's database.

Virtual Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through telephone, email, and virtual meetings.

Lead Conversion: Convert leads and inquiries from bank staff and digital platforms, specifically focusing on Bancassurance channel partners.

Product Advisory: Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products, including term plans and Unit Linked Insurance Plans (ULIPs).

Service Delivery: Solve customer queries, provide policy details, and assist with renewals and claims.

Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company and industry policies
