We are looking for energetic, target-driven male candidates to join our sales team as a Home
Loan Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by
identifying potential customers, pitching home loan products, and managing the loan process
from login to disbursement.

Position: Home Loan Sales Executive
Department: Field Sales / Retail Assets
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Actively source and generate prospective home loan leads through
field visits, references, and local networks.
Client Meetings: Meet with potential customers to understand their financial needs and
explain suitable home loan products.
Documentation & Coordination: Guide customers through the documentation process
and coordinate with the credit team for smooth loan processing.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, real
estate agents, and referral partners to ensure a steady pipeline of business.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the
organization.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate (Any stream).
Gender: Male (Field-intensive role).
Age Limit: 19 to 40 years.
Conveyance: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid Driving License.
Skills: Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. Prior experience in
BFSI, loan sales, or field sales is a big plus.
