Perform routine maintenance and repair of OLA Electric scooters and vehicles.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues using diagnostic tools.
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify faults accurately.
Repair or replace defective components, parts, and accessories.
Perform battery, motor, controller, and wiring system checks.
Update service records and job cards accurately in the system.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality checks.
Ensure all repairs are completed within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during service activities.
Coordinate with spare parts teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
Support roadside assistance and field service activities when required.
Maintain workshop cleanliness and proper use of tools and equipment.
Provide technical guidance to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and usage.
