Job Description – Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through proactive lead generation, client engagement, and on-ground sales activities. The role involves identifying opportunities, converting leads, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through field visits, outbound calls, and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across products/services.
• Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the team.
• Support marketing activities, events, and promotions to boost sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly.
• Coordinate with operations, billing, and management teams for smooth execution.
• Key Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (retail, offline/field sales preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Good understanding of local market and customer behaviour.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within assigned areas.
