Kamp Mattress is an innovative mattress brand offering premium quality mattresses and foam products, serving retailers, wholesalers, and direct customers.

We’re on a fast growth track and looking for energetic, motivated freshers who want to build their career in sales while learning the ropes of a high-volume trading & manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Actively promote mattresses, foam sheets, and packaging materials to walk-in customers, shopkeepers, distributors, and retailers.

2. Visit industrial areas, furniture markets, and packaging hubs to generate leads.

3. Maintain and update daily customer interaction records.

4. Understand customer needs and suggest the right products.

5. Work closely with telecalls, marketing, and the store team to close deals.

6. Ensure timely follow-ups and convert enquiries into orders.

7. Assist in product displays, banners, and in-store promotions.

Skills & Attributes Required

Freshers welcome – no prior sales experience required.

Energetic, confident, and good at talking to people.

Basic knowledge of mobile apps like WhatsApp, Google Forms and Google Maps.

Quick learner with a willingness to work in field + store environments.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Polite but persuasive communication style.
