Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Sales and/or Corporate Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting prospective clients, conducting product/service presentations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, corporate meetings, references, and other sales channels.

• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with prospective clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

• Conduct regular field visits and client meetings as required.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

• Ensure professional communication and a high level of customer service at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.

• Male candidate preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to independently handle client meetings and follow-ups.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

• Prior experience in selling products/services to corporate or business clients will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, professionally presentable, and comfortable with field visits and direct corporate client interaction. The candidate should have a proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and consistently work towards achieving sales targets.
