Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Consultant to join our Property Sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or real estate, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right property.

This is a field sales role that requires meeting clients, conducting property site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on property sales leads.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings and property site visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.

• Negotiate and close property sales.

• Update customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Real Estate.

• Own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is mandatory.

• Willing to travel for field sales, client meetings, and site visits.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Monday to Saturday

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Eligibility: 12th Pass with 1–2 years of experience | Any Graduate – Freshers | Interns | Experienced Candidates.
