We are looking for a Sales Executive – IT Managed Services to join our team at System3, one of India’s oldest Technology Services Providers and a boutique Private Cloud Data Center provider. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include identifying prospects, understanding their technology needs, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for IT Managed Services and Private Cloud solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Present System3’s technology offerings clearly, including Managed Services, Cloud Hosting, Backup Solutions, and IT Infrastructure.
Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals, demos, and solution designs for clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Represent System3 at client meetings, conferences, and networking events when required.
Prior experience in IT sales, Managed Services, Cloud Services, or related technology domains.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value for clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Good relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales funnels, and structured sales processes.
