We are seeking an expert Field Sales Executive to drive growth in the facade and fenestration market. This role requires deep technical knowledge across building envelope components, strong consultative sales skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets.
Sales Growth: Secure new business and manage key accounts with fabricators, contractors, and architects in the facade sector.
Technical Consulting: Act as a subject matter expert on:
Facade Systems: Aluminum and uPVC profiles, fabrication, and installation.
Hardware: Specific knowledge of hardware components (hinges, locks) for both material types.
Silicone & Sealants: Recommending high-performance structural and weathersealing silicones (e.g., Dowsil, Wacker) based on application needs.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle and maintain accurate CRM records.
[1-5]+ years of successful field sales experience in the facade, fenestration, or specialized building materials industry.
Mandatory Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of aluminum and uPVC systems, hardware, and structural/weathersealing silicones.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
