Position: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Accompany the route sales team on assigned daily routes.
Visit retail outlets / distributors as per the route plan.
Promote and sell company products to existing and new customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collect orders and coordinate with the delivery team.
Submit daily sales reports and route updates to the manager.
Assist in payment follow-ups and collections.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales.
Ability to travel daily on assigned routes.
Customer-focused and target-oriented mind-set.
Basic computer/mobile reporting skills.
Qualification & Experience
Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
1–2 years of experience in field sales / FMCG / route sales preferred.
Fresher’s with strong communication skills can also be considered.
Candidate must speak Kannada
Age : Below 35 years
