## Growth Sales Executive
Client: Our Reputed Client
Location: Siliguri, West Bengal
Experience: 0–2 Years | Freshers can apply
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Employment: Full-Time | Field Sales
### Key Responsibilities
• Visit and manage assigned retail outlets, kirana stores, and tea shops.
• Generate retailer orders and ensure product availability and visibility.
• Build and maintain good relationships with retailers.
• Support distributor operations and market activations.
• Conduct product sampling and promotional activities.
• Track daily visits, orders, and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and outlet-development targets.
### Requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with daily fieldwork.
• Bengali mandatory; Hindi preferred.
• Must own a two-wheeler.
• Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Field Allowance + Performance Incentives
