JD FOR SALES EXCUTIVE

Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive revenue growth

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Manage and build relationships with existing customers to increase revenue

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and industry performance to identify new opportunities

• Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast

• Develop and nurture new business opportunities

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute high-impact campaigns

• Manage the team of sales representatives to ensure their performance meets the company’s standards

• Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to the team to develop their skills

• Analyze and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and profitability

• Monitor customer feedback and suggest areas of improvement

• Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s products and services
