Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, or channel partners (if applicable)
Conduct regular field visits to meet customers and partners
Promote company products/services and explain features & benefits
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management
