Job Summary

Excel Electrical Infra is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable electrical and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and infrastructure solutions.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and reports.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 12th pass or equivalent

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical, solar, construction, or infrastructure industries.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
