Location: Bangalore Company: Evology Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) + Performance Incentives

About the Role

Are you a dynamic sales professional driven by targets and passionate about the FMCG industry? Evology Foods & Beverages is expanding its reach in Bangalore and looking for energetic Sales Executives to drive field sales, manage key distributor relationships, and capture market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct field visits, cold calling, and direct meetings to acquire new retail and dealer touchpoints.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong long-term partnerships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts across Bangalore.

• Target Achievement: Drive monthly sales goals, increase brand visibility, and expand overall market penetration.

• Market Intelligence: Identify untapped opportunities, track local trends, and execute impactful sales strategies.

• Reporting: Maintain structured records of client visits, pipelines, and regular performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

RequirementSpecification EducationMinimum 12th Pass Experience3 to 5 years in sales Industry PreferenceIce Cream, Ice Products, Frozen Foods, or FMCG Territory KnowledgeStrong familiarity with Bangalore routes and market dynamics Key SkillsCommunication, negotiation, and basic computer proficiency LogisticsTwo-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
