Job Title: Sales Executive – Elevator Services (C2C Sales)

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

Velo Elevators is looking for a result-oriented and proactive Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in service sales, preferably within the elevator, industrial, or facility management sectors. This role focuses on Customer-to-Customer (C2C) sales, driving revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), repairs, modernization, and other service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for elevator service offerings, including AMC, repairs, modernization, and spare parts

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer retention

• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand service needs and provide suitable solutions

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal operations and service teams to ensure seamless execution

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the elevator/service industry

• Maintain and update sales pipeline, client interactions, and performance reports

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in service sales (elevator / industrial services / facility management preferred)

• Experience in direct (C2C) client handling and sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel across Mumbai and nearby areas

• Basic understanding of elevator services or similar technical services (preferred)

• Self-driven, target-focused, and proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream / Diploma in Engineering preferred

• Prior experience in AMC or service contract sales will be an advantage
