As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, working to understand their needs, and presenting our products/services in the most compelling way.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, email outreach, social media, etc.).
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring contracts are signed and revenue is secured.
Market Research: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for new business.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Collaboration: Work closely to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, with min 1 years of experience in a sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Previous sales experience, preferably in Electrical sales, or in a B2B/B2C environment.
