Job description:

Role Summary:

The Telesales Executive will interact with potential and existing customers over phone calls to promote agricultural drones, handle customer queries, and maintain strong customer relationships effectively.

Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Type: Full-time

Preferred Candidate: Male
Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
Work Location: Mysore
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience)

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Promote agricultural drones over calls
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support
Maintain and update customer database records
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
Follow up with customers regularly
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Skills Required

Effective communication skills
Active listening skills
Problem-solving abilities
Patience and empathy while handling customers

Knowledge Required

Basic computer knowledge
MS Excel knowledge

Language Requirement

Fluency in Kannada and Hindi

Qualification

Graduate or PUC

Experience

Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling
