Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our poly film products. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, plastics, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Present product offerings, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support effectively.
Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in poly films, packaging, plastics, or manufacturing industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
