Job Description Position Title: Sales Executive – CASA Function: Retail Liabilities / CASA Sales Reporting To: Branch Manager / Relationship Manager – CASA Location: As per Business Requirement Role Objective To drive acquisition of Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers for Utkarsh Small Finance Bank through field-based sales activities while ensuring compliance and achievement of assigned targets. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Acquire new CASA relationships through field sales, referrals, and market activities. • Identify and onboard SMEs, traders, professionals, salaried individuals, and institutions. • Achieve CASA account, balance, and fee income targets. • Conduct daily field visits, canopy activities, and market mapping. • Ensure accurate KYC documentation as per RBI and bank norms. • Cross-sell bank products including Debit Cards, Digital Banking, FD, RD, Insurance, and Loans. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • CASA accounts acquired • CASA balance mobilization • Cross-sell ratio • Compliance & documentation accuracy Candidate Profile Education: Graduate (Any discipline) Experience: 0–3 years in CASA/Banking/Financial Services/Field Sales Age: As per bank norms Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Target-driven and customer-focused approach • Basic knowledge of CASA and retail banking products Compensation & Benefits Fixed salary with performance-linked incentives and career growth opportunities.
