If you have a passion for sales and experience in managing retail channels, we want to hear from you.Job OverviewRole: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Ghaziabad (Coverage: Ghaziabad & Noida)Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)Experience: 1 to 5 years in FMCG Omni-channel / E-commerce salesAge Limit: 25 to 35 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesRetailer Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard new retailers to expand the network.B2B & B2C Sales: Drive bulk B2B orders from retailers and manage direct B2C sales.Sales Closing: Ensure timely primary and secondary sales closing every month.Market Relationship: Maintain strong relationships with local shopkeepers, distributors, and partners.Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume targets.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG, E-commerce, or Omni-channel startups.Location Preference: Local candidates from Ghaziabad or Noida only.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits.Tech Savvy: Ability to use smartphone applications for order booking and reporting.BenefitsCompetitive fixed salaryPerformance-linked incentivesTravel allowances (TA/DA)
