Our creations blend traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies like 3D printing, making every piece distinctive.

We sell our products through Amazon, our own website, and direct client orders, serving individual buyers, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can manage and grow online sales for AayamVerse through Amazon and our website, while also assisting in converting customer enquiries into successful orders.

The role requires someone who understands art, decor, online marketplaces and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

-Online Marketplace Management

-Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central

-Create and manage product listings, titles, descriptions and images

-Monitor product pricing, inventory and order flow

-Handle Amazon advertising campaigns and promotions

Website Sales

-Manage orders from AayamVerse website

-Update product listings and ensure product pages are optimized

-Coordinate with the production team for customized orders

Customer Interaction

-Respond to customer queries and enquiries

-Assist customers in selecting art pieces, decor items and customized statues

-Handle order follow-ups and customer satisfaction

Sales Growth

Develop strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility

Identify new product opportunities and trends in art & decor

Support promotional campaigns and festive sales

Reporting

Track and report daily and monthly sales performance

Analyze product performance and marketplace trends

Skills Required

-Experience with Amazon Seller Central

-Understanding of e-commerce product listings

-Basic knowledge of Shopify / WooCommerce / website order management

-Strong communication and customer handling skills

-Interest in art, decor and creative products

Preferred Experience

-1–3 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace sales

-Experience in decor, handicrafts, gifting, or lifestyle products

-Basic understanding of online marketing and social media promotions
