Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will hit the ground running in the field, mapping territories, convincing car accessory shops, garages, and enthusiasts to stock and sell our premium engine boosters and modification kits. We're looking for a hustler with unbeatable convincing skills who thrives on building relationships and closing deals daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and prospect field territories (e.g., auto accessory shops, tuning garages, car dealerships) to identify high-potential leads.

• Pitch and demonstrate flagship products like engine boosters to convince retailers and customers of their performance benefits.

• Conduct 50+ daily field visits, demos, and negotiations to secure orders and repeat business.

• Build a network of distributors and partners through persuasive selling and relationship management.

• Track sales pipelines, report weekly targets via Google Sheets/Excel, and hit monthly quotas (e.g., ₹5-10 lakhs in sales).

Basic Requirements:

• 1-2 years in field sales, preferably in automotive accessories, car parts, or consumer goods.

• Proven convincing skills with a track record of turning "no" into "yes" through demos and objection-handling.

• Willingness to travel extensively (80% field time) and map territories using tools like Google Maps or CRM apps.

• Basic knowledge of car modifications (e.g., engine tuning, boosters) – passion for cars is a big plus!

• Excellent communication in Hindi/English; comfortable with shop-floor interactions.

• Tech-savvy: Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Excel for reporting, and basic CRM.
