Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, and real estate investors.

• Communicate project USPs, features, pricing, and key selling points clearly to potential clients.

• Handle discussions on pricing, negotiations, and compliance-related requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to develop effective strategies and contribute local market insights specifically for Goa State.

• Ensure smooth coordination with clients from lead generation to deal closure.

• Participate in property visits, client meetings, and promotional events as required.

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations for clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Very good communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Strong ability to articulate ideas, understand customer needs, and present information clearly.

• Proven experience connecting with premium client segments such as HNIs and NRIs.

• Ability to manage negotiations and handle sensitive client discussions professionally.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Prior experience in luxury real estate, hospitality sales, or high-value product sales is preferred and others .
