Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to promote and sell TMT bars and steel products. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, customer acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities

• Visit construction sites, contractors, dealers, and distributors

• Promote TMT bars and other steel products to potential customers

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Identify market trends and competitor activities

• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients

• Submit daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in steel, TMT, or building materials sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel locally for field visits

• Knowledge of local market and construction industry preferred

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is an added advantage
