Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Locations: Vellore, Ranipet, Cuddalore, Panruti, Sivagangai, Devakottai, Chennai, Kannur (Kerala)

Job Summary:

Agni Steels Private Limited is seeking a result-oriented and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive sales of steel and construction products. The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, contractors, and construction sites

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Promote and sell company products including TMT bars, steel rods, and structural steel

• Meet site engineers, builders, and project managers to expand business

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers

• Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Any UG)

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales (Steel / Building Materials preferred)

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of construction materials and market trends

• Ability to build long-term customer relationships

• Target-driven and self-motivated approach
