We are looking for a Sales Executive for field sales work. The role involves visiting customers regularly, generating business, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets. A two-wheeler is required for travel, as the job involves field visits to manufacturing industries, hardware and sanitary retailers.

Responsibilities

• Visit manufacturing industries, hardware and sanitary retailers regularly.

• Generate new business and develop strong customer relationships.

• Meet existing customers to increase sales and order repeat business.

• Explain products, share pricing, and handle customer inquiries.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collect market information, competitor updates, and customer feedback.

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery follow-up.

• Represent the company professionally in the market.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Experience in field sales, preferably in manufacturing, hardware, or sanitary product markets.

• Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel daily.

• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and customer follow-up.

Preferred Skills

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of local market and industrial areas.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Basic computer knowledge for reports and communication.
