Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai & Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to promote mobile phones, electronics, and value-added services at retail outlets. The role involves direct customer interaction, product selling, and assisting customers with financing options.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned mobile and electronics retail stores on a daily basis

• Engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements

• Promote and sell mobile phones, electronic products, and accessories

• Explain and assist customers with product financing, EMI options, and phone finance schemes

• Sell Value Added Services (VAS) such as insurance, extended warranty, and add-ons

• Complete basic documentation related to sales and finance at the shop level

• Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth sales operations

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience:

  • Field sales or retail sales experience preferred

  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

• Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer handling and persuasion skills

  • Basic understanding of mobile/electronics products is an advantage

  • Willingness to work in the field and retail environment
