About the Role

We are looking for a goal-driven, client-focused Interior Sales Executive to join our growing Casalens team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients seeking residential or commercial interior design solutions. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting design concepts, preparing proposals, and closing sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Consultation & Engagement: Engage with inbound leads and prospects to understand their spatial requirements, budget, timeline, and aesthetic preferences.

• Design & Concept Pitching: Collaborate with in-house interior designers to present design ideas, material samples, 3D/2D layouts, and customized solutions to prospective clients.

• Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Draft comprehensive cost estimates, proposals, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) aligned with project scope and client budgets.

• Sales Closure & Contracting: Negotiate terms, handle client objections, finalize agreements, and ensure timely collection of booking/advance payments.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth handoffs to the project execution/site teams and maintaining clear client communication.

• Pipeline & CRM Tracking: Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, follow up on pending leads, and report sales forecasts regularly to management.

• Market & Product Awareness: Stay updated on current interior design trends, modular furniture systems, materials, hardware, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any

• Experience: [0.6 – 2+] years of proven success in sales within the interior design, modular kitchen, home décor, luxury furnishings, or real estate sector.

• Design Understanding: Ability to read basic architectural drawings, floor plans, and spatial layouts.

• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and closing capabilities.

• Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with an empathy-driven approach to understanding client lifestyles and space requirements.

• Monthly and Quarterly Sales Revenue vs. Targets

• Lead Conversion Rate (Inquiry-to-Booking ratio)

• Average Order Value (AOV)

• Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Client Referrals
