Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with prior
experience in software or EdTech sales. The ideal candidate will identify new business
opportunities, conduct school visits, deliver software demonstrations, and convert leads into
long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential schools to promote our ERP software solutions.
• Conduct presentations and live product demos to school management teams.
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions to fit their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent efforts.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and maintain sales records and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in software or EdTech sales (school sales preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident personality with persuasive selling ability.
• Willingness to travel for school visits and client meetings.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
