Minimum 6 months of experience in the Building Material or Construction Industry (Preferred)

Qualification:

• BBA / MBA

• Graduate (Any discipline)

Age Limit:

20 – 26 Years

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Preferably local candidate from Noida / nearby areas

• Prior exposure to building material industry is mandatory

• Strong network with architects, contractors, and material suppliers

• Sales-driven mindset with basic selling and negotiation skills

• Comfortable using mobile applications and digital portals

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage and maintain client relationships

Key Roles & Responsibilities (JD & KRA):

• Visit low-rise construction sites for lead generation

• Connect and build relationships with architects and contractors

• Identify, connect, and onboard construction material suppliers such as:

  • Hardware stores

  • Sanitaryware stores

  • Paint stores

  • Building material sellers

• Onboard customers and suppliers onto the company’s digital app/platform

• Conduct regular follow-up calls and meetings with clients and customers

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives

• Maintain proper reporting of leads, visits, and conversions

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)
