Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Business Development Executive to join our growing team in & around Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new Tiffin Partners in and around Noida. You will serve as the key link between our platform and food partners, helping expand our network while ensuring our high standards of hygiene and service. Having a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard potential Tiffin Partners in Noida and surrounding areas.

Clearly communicate the benefits and value proposition of Tiffexx to local food providers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Tiffin Partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

Collect required documentation and ensure smooth onboarding processes.

Coordinate with internal teams to address partner feedback and support queries.

Report regularly on leads, conversions, and market feedback.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred).

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

Proven sales skills and the ability to confidently approach and convince prospects.

Ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Basic understanding of the food delivery ecosystem is a plus.
