Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our Real Estate sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our company on the ground, responsible for identifying potential buyers, conducting property site visits, and closing sales deals. Your primary objective will be to turn leads into property owners while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, field marketing, and local territory exploration.

• Property Site Visits: Schedule, coordinate, and conduct face-to-face property viewings and site visits with prospective clients.

• Client Consultation: Understand the specific requirements, budget, and preferences of clients to recommend the most suitable residential or commercial properties.

• Sales Conversions: Handle negotiations professionally, manage client objections, and guide potential buyers through the closing and documentation process to meet monthly sales targets.

• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, builders, and channel partners to generate referrals and repeat business.

• Market Tracking: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming projects within your assigned territory.

• Reporting: Regularly update the CRM system with lead data and provide daily or weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales (experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or FMCG is highly preferred). Freshers with great communication skills are welcome.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (High school graduates with strong sales experience may also apply).

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Travel: Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler/vehicle for daily field travel.

• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of operating mobile CRM applications, WhatsApp Business, and MS Office.

• Attitude: A target-oriented mindset, self-motivated energy, and the resilience to handle sales rejections.
