Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective industrial customers.
· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across target industries.
· Promote and market industrial chemicals including alkalies, acids, solvents, chlorine compounds, and specialty chemicals.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical solutions.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
· Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for timely deliveries.
· Conduct regular client visits and technical discussions with purchase and production teams.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
· Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and business forecasts.
· Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and customer meetings when required.
