🎯 Role: Healthcare Growth Partner (HGP)
🌟 Role Summary:
Drive business growth by promoting advanced medical & surgical devices to hospitals, doctors, and healthcare institutions while building long-term professional relationships.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with hospitals And surgeons
Promote and demonstrate medical devices effectively
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory
Conduct product presentations, demos, and CMEs
Coordinate with service team for seamless installations
Maintain daily activity reports (DAR) and pipeline tracking

🎓 Eligibility:
Graduate / Life Sciences / Biomedical preferred
1–5 years experience in pharma / medical devices / B2B sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
