  • Conduct business cold-calling and manage territorial corporate relationships.

  • Handle commercial B2B KYC compliance requirements and legal business identity proofs.

    Profile 3- Online Champ- Key Responsibilities:

    • Connect with digital/online leads rapidly (often within a strict window, like 10 minutes from registration).

    • Balance responsibilities split roughly between internal calling/coordination (50%) and physical customer location visits for field demos and closure (50%).

    • Upsell and cross-sell premium products such as high-tier Xstream Fiber connections, premium Postpaid SIM integrations, and Airtel Payments Bank ecosystem features.

    • Meet rapid daily conversion targets to prevent lead expiration.
