Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as central inbound and outbound leads, referrals, agents and direct outreach.
· Customer Engagement: Approach potential customers to discuss their financing needs and present suitable product options.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial products & services, including but not limited to interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria for multiple segments in line with defined product policy [Unsecured (Doctor/CA/Lawyer) & Secured segments]. Provide timely and accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions to customers.
· Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the entire sales process, including application, documentation, verification of documentation and approval (from login to disbursement). Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Provide support to customers & agents throughout the sales process, including loan processing and after-sales service.
· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and potential for future business.
· Regularly communicate with agents to understand their needs, concerns, and sales objectives.
· Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and needs.
· Driving cross-sell products over and above AOP targets as a part of business P&L incomes.
· Selling products with highest standard of verified and correct information ensuring highest satisfaction for customer
· Maintaining business hygiene by maintaining business commercials as per threshold and limiting cancellations in Insurance and VAS products to drive a sustainable source of VAS income by engaging in ethical selling
· Upholding the image of Bajaj Finance through professional conduct, transparency in selling products and customer-centric approach
· Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with the Bajaj Finance’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements in terms of documentation, KYC, promotional calling etc.
