Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
Handle vehicle inquiries, showroom visits, test drives, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for smooth customer experience.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and after-sales services.
Conduct promotional activities, customer engagement programs, and lead generation campaigns.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.

Qualification

Experience in automobile sales or customer relationship management is an advantage.
Valid driving license is often preferred.
