We are hiring Sales Executives for the Apollo–SBI Credit Card Project, a collaboration between Apollo Pharmacy and SBI Cards. This is a high-opportunity role offering fixed salary + attractive monthly incentives for candidates passionate about sales.
In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy)
Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.
Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.
Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.
Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.
Field Sales:
Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.
Follow up on potential leads and close sales within TAT.
Operational:
Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and customer onboarding.
Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasion and negotiation skills.
Confidence in approaching customers directly.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance
