Job Description:
As an In-Store Sales Executive at Apollo Pharmacy, you will play a key role in promoting and selling credit cards to pharmacy customers. You will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, explaining credit card features, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring smooth onboarding in compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will also participate in field sales activities to expand customer reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement (In-Store):
Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.
Explain credit card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage clearly.
Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.
Ensure visibility of promotional materials and maintain campaign branding in-store.
Field Sales:
Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to promote credit cards.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.
Follow up on potential leads and close sales within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Operational Tasks:
Maintain accurate daily records of customer interactions, applications, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure timely application approvals and customer onboarding.
Ensure full compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines throughout the sales and documentation process.
