CSS Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate marketing and channel partner company specializing in residential and commercial properties. We help customers explore suitable property options for their end-use and investment needs by connecting them with relevant real estate projects.

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales who can handle customer enquiries, generate business opportunities, conduct site visits, and achieve sales targets.

## Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries from digital marketing campaigns, property portals, and other sources.

- Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups to understand their property requirements.

- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, amenities, and investment potential.

- Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.

- Follow up consistently with leads to convert enquiries into successful sales.

- Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, and follow-up records in the CRM.

- Coordinate with channel partners, developers, and internal teams to facilitate the sales process.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Stay updated on property market trends, competing projects, and customer preferences.

- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from the initial enquiry to booking and closure.
