About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell UPVC Doors & Windows. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.

• Generate business from Builders, Architects, Contractors, Interior Designers, Fabricators, Dealers, and Individual Homeowners.

• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable UPVC door and window solutions.

• Coordinate with the measurement and technical teams for site inspections.

• Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

• Update daily sales activities in the CRM system and submit sales reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales (experience in UPVC Windows & Doors, Building Materials, Construction Products, PEB, Glass, Hardware, or Interior Products will be preferred).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to convince and close sales effectively.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, CRM).

• Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.

Languages

• Kannada – Mandatory

• English – Mandatory

• Tamil – Preferred

Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler.

• Valid Driving License is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru and surrounding areas.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
