Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. They act as the key link between the company and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.

• Present and promote products or services to potential customers.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to improve customer experience.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
