Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Extreme Fiber Executive to promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband services to residential and business customers. The role involves generating new leads, meeting customers, explaining plans, converting prospects, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, local market activities, and customer references.

• Promote Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband plans and services.

• Visit potential customers and understand their internet requirements.

• Explain Airtel Fiber plans, pricing, benefits, speed, and offers.

• Convert leads into new broadband connections.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with prospective customers and close pending leads.

• Coordinate with installation and technical teams for new connections.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information.

• Develop strong relationships with customers and generate referrals.

• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Participate in local promotional and marketing activities.

• Provide regular sales reports to the team leader/manager.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any Graduate / 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications.

• Willingness to work in the field.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
