Job Description: SRM Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused SRM Executive to drive business growth across Delhi NCR. The role involves managing the complete customer journey—from initial contact and meetings to successful business onboarding—while building strong, long-term relationships with bureau owners and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers using company-provided leads.

- Understand customer requirements and identify business challenges.

- Present and demonstrate the company’s BMS platform.

- Schedule and conduct online and in-person meetings across Delhi NCR.

- Convert qualified leads into active business customers.

- Build long-term relationships with bureau owners and key decision-makers.

- Support customers throughout the onboarding process.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide daily sales updates.

- Achieve monthly sales and business onboarding targets.

- Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking events.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, SaaS Sales, CRM Sales, Corporate Sales, Healthcare Sales, or Relationship Management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Comfortable with both office-based and field sales.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Own laptop or tablet (Mandatory).

- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (Mandatory).

- Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.

- Comfortable with calling, customer meetings, and field visits.
