AEH Oilfield Equipment & Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing manufacturer of upstream oil & gas equipment. Our product portfolio includes pressure vessels, heater treaters, separators, vaporizers, surge tanks, cementing units, and customized process skids designed and built as per international codes (ASME/API).
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our process equipment to clients in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. The role requires 2–3 years of prior sales experience in any field and the ability to learn technical products while developing strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for process equipment (separators, treaters, vaporizers, skids, etc.).
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Support vendor registrations, tender submissions, and compliance documentation with major oil & gas clients.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to management.
Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering/Commerce preferred, not mandatory).
2–3 years of proven sales experience (industrial equipment sales preferred, but open to any field).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to quickly learn technical specifications and explain them to clients.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and project follow-ups.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
