We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and online platforms.
Show properties to potential clients and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies.
Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and client databases.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with current real estate trends, market rates, and competitor activities.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).
Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet).
Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience).
