Job Summary

Absolute Engineers is looking for a Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive to join our Bengaluru team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products and solutions, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and closing sales.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in Field Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, and Customer Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and other sales activities.

• Meet prospective customers at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Conduct site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.

• Prepare and share quotations and proposals with customers.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.

• Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into sales.

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, installation, and service requirements.

• Maintain daily sales activity and customer follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to work in field sales and travel within Bengaluru and nearby areas.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

• Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
