Job Title: Sales Executive – Business Loan / Home Loan / LAP

Department: Sales
Location: Delhi / NCR
Reporting To: Sales Manager

Role Objective

To generate, process, and close loan business for Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals, while achieving monthly disbursement and revenue targets.

Job Details

• Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (depending on interview performance)

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Bike: Mandatory

• Interview Process:

  • 1st Round – Virtual

  • 2nd Round – Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

• Source new customers for Business Loans, Home Loans, and LAP

• Achieve assigned monthly disbursement targets

• Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and document collection

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, ROI, tenure, and processing charges clearly to customers

• Collect and verify required documentation, including KYC, income proof, bank statements, and property documents

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, brokers, and referral partners

• Ensure quick turnaround time for login, approval, and disbursement

• Maintain daily MIS, lead tracking, and pipeline reports

• Ensure adherence to company and lender compliance policies

• Address customer queries and provide post-disbursement support

• Loan Against Property (Residential / Commercial)

Required Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of loan products and banking processes

• Experience in field sales

• Relationship management skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email)

• Clear communication in Hindi and basic English

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass

• Graduates preferred

Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience in loan or financial product sales

• Freshers with a strong sales attitude may also be considered

Target Expectations

• Monthly Disbursement Capability:

  • Business Loan: ₹20–30 lakh

  • Home Loan + LAP: As per company targets

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed salary plus high-performance-based incentives
