Job description:
We are from Adishwar Food Products Company. We are a snack food manufacturing company located in Tughlakabad Village, New Delhi.
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence in Bangalore, Chandigarh, and Patna.
The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s food products in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit Wholesalers, distributors, and potential clients in the assigned area
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Promote and sell company products to achieve monthly targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
Provide regular sales reports to the management
Coordinate with the head office team for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–2 years in field sales (FMCG experience preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned city
Basic understanding of local market
